Installing Himal 2.73 into the Himalayan Database

Windows users should download and decompress the file Himal 2.73.zip. The resulting Himal 2.73.exe file should then be placed into the Himalayan Database folder (the folder that contains the HIMDATA folder) replacing the current Himal 2.x.exe (or Himal 2.x) file.

Himal 2.2 (and later versions) add the MSMTNOTE1, MSMTNOTE2, MSMTNOTE3 and DEATHRTE fields to the MEMBERS database during the updating process, if needed.

Himal 2.3 adds enhancements to various reports and changes the layout of the 2nd screen of Display Members.

Himal 2.4 through Himal 2.7 add enhancements to various reports.

Himal 2.71 corrects an error in the Search Expedtions command.

Himal 2.72 through 2.73 add enhancements to various reports.
